Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy is very simple

1. The only information we retain on hirers are for billing (including Name, Address and Contact Details) and any information regarding the setup of the hall and what level of hire is required.
2. The only information we retain on suppliers is to enable us to pay invoices (including Name, Address and Contact Details).
3. No information is held on the Club Members as that would be held by the hirer, except for the Sunday Lunch Club where the only information is for contact (including Name, Address and Contact Details) and any dietary requirements.
